You can now set-up a direct debit payment service direct from the primary Neon MasterCard® Prepaid Card to simplify your regular payments.
To set-up a direct debit payment simply download, print and complete the direct debit payment form and follow the instructions.

Additional information:
Funds for your direct debit payment will be taken from your card on the date specified on your form (or the date specified on your statement from your service provider/supplier), providing you have sufficient funds available including the service fee.
Direct debit payments will be active on your service within 10 days of set-up.
If your direct debit payment fails during the initial attempt, we will try a second time. If it fails a second time, it will not be resubmitted and you will be required to set-up your direct debit payment again (£3 fee applies).
To amend or cancel a direct debit payment please inform Neon Customer Care in writing by 1st Class recorded delivery post with a minimum of fourteen days prior notice.
