Parental loading using a Credit or debit card

You can  top-up your Neon MasterCard® Prepaid Card using a credit/debit card, if you are under 18 your parent/guardian can top-up your card using their credit/debit card.

If topping up by credit card, you will be charged 4% of the top-up value.

If topping up by debit card, you will be charged 99p.

Please note: You/your parent/guardian must register the credit/debit card details with us prior to load. To register details, simply

1. Log-in online

Once logged in, select the "top-up" tab and click "Top-up now"
