To buy your card your parents will need to send us a copy of photo ID in their name and a proof of address; we can accept the following documents:

Photo ID – a photocopied or scanned copy from the list below:

• The photo page of their passport.
• EEA Identity Card
• UK photocard driving licence or provisional driving licence

Proof of address – an original document dated within the last 3 months from the list below:

• Mortgage/bank/credit card statement
• Evidence of entitlement to a state or local authority-funded benefit
• Utility bill
• Valid Vehicle Registration Certificate (copy acceptable)
• Council tax demand (dated within the last 12 months)

If your parents are sending a copy of their passport to us by post, they will need to send it to Neon Card, PO BOX 49777,LONDON, WC2E 7WZ or email scanned versions to us on support@neon-prepaid-card.com

Please complete the online buying process as usual. As soon as we receive your parents passport image we will send you your card.
