You can Top-up your Neon MasterCard® Prepaid Card by transferring funds from any bank account for FREE. Simply go to the Top-up tab once logged in and select Bank Account Details or call Customer Care for further details.

Transferring from abroad?

If you’re transferring funds from abroad, your bank may ask you to quote the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and BIC (Bank Identifier Code). Call Customer Care to email or post you the details.
